Hi Folks... This broadcast covers the various supplements Kathy & I use and why we chose them. Keep in mind the list below changes because we add or subtract the supplements we use due to personal needs and experimentation.
Among the items we use regularly are a series of Nootropics we stack (mix together) to increase their potency. These supplements are exclusively used to boost the mind and cognitive powers! Yes, it certainly IS possible to manage how powerful your mind works! I'll teach you how : )
I'll also go into things you can use to stay healthy during the cold and flu season.

Here is a list of the items we use, plus a few others I mentioned during the broadcast...
While there are many doctors offering a variety of hormonal solutions, there is only one therapy that actually is the best - SottoPelle Therapy. Why is it the best? • Most items listed below are best used on an empty stomach. Why? Because you want to quickly absorb the nutrients. Especially if you are using Citrulline Malate! • Many below are amino acids. These require a full complement of B vitamins, thus the suggestion for a good B-100. You'll see below we prefer Vitamin Code Raw B Complex. There are others out there quite good, too. Find one you feel is the best for you : )
• Any "powdered" nutrient below can be added with any other in water (no, not juice). Thi sis called stacking. It allows you to combine various nutrients together to gain results from each one in a synergistic way.

DMG - This neutralizes Lactic Acid. This is the main cause of muscle cramps and soreness. Chew one up right after a workout or strenuous activity, not before.
We typically use 1 gram (1000mg) in water on an empty stomach. Read through this page and watch the video : )

Beta carotene (Vitamin A @ 25,000iu)
MitoQ Exceptional heaart support! Get a few bottles and take 2 (10mg) at once, although research has shown 4 (20MG) at once is best.
D3 - We suggest 20,000iu per day This is the best we’ve found so far : )
Citrulline Malate Get the kilo size. It will last a long time. Use 5 grams added to water every morning on an empty stomach. This will increase Nitric Oxide!
NAC (N-Acetyl Cystine) Helps to clear the lungs and promotes Glutathione in the body! Use 2.4 grams in water on an empty stomach. This can be mixed with other nutrients!
Lutein Good for your eyes
Carnitine Use 2 ~ 6 grams a day. Because it increases adenosine triphosphate (ATP) generation and cellular oxidative respiratory processes, L-carnitine is often given with an antioxidant such as alpha-lipoic acid.
Alpha Lipoic Acid Use at the same time as Carnitine
B-100 Vitamins - We really like Vitamin Code Raw B Complex and have used this for a few years. It’s quite a good product!
Concentrace Liquid Minerals - Remineralize your body! We add this to our water… 100 drops for 5 gallons/ 20 drops per gallon. Great for pets, too! For a quick boost, put a half teaspoon in a shot glass and add water until the shot glass is half full. Then, shoot it down. Don’t taste it!!! It’s terrible tasting : | If you use a full teaspoon you will have the runs, haha…
DIM (Diindolylmethane) Plus BioPerine 300mg - Reduces estrogen in men!
Prostanex - I don't really know why, but this is amazing to reduce Prostate swelling and inflammation. You'll find information on the linked website.
